Long Meadow Ranch is an owner-operated facility that includes a small family winery and an olive pressing room. The building is built of pisé, a formed earth sustainable construction method which used the excavation tailings from the cave. Interior spaces range from the production-oriented ground floor rooms and cave cellar to the workroom, conference rooms and private offices upstairs. |
