The Hamlin School, an independent elementary school for girls, moved in 1923 into Stanwood Hall, an historic mansion built in 1901, and later built two additional buildings. TGH completely renovated Stanwood Hall to make it seismically safe and to better serve the educational needs of the community. The lower two buildings were also renovated to reorganize the use of space and provide more community gathering spaces. |
