Located at the original southern end of The Sea Ranch, the master bedroom and the main house were pulled apart to frame the ocean view and let the landscape and exterior living space take center stage on the site. By organizing the program into three distinct structures sited in relation to the mature stand of trees along the edge of the lot, a private sanctuary is created within the developed landscape of The Sea Ranch. |
