For St. Mary the Virgin Church, a listed San Francisco landmark, Turnbull Griffin Haesloop and Frank Goring Straja developed a project which reconfigured approximately two-thirds of the Church's spaces without diminishing the valued historic interiors and façades. The design scheme moved the parish hall upstairs to a lighter, larger location, provided accessibility, improved seismic performance, and modernized systems. | |
