Eric Haesloop, FAIA

Eric Haesloop FAIA heads Turnbull Griffin Haesloop from the Berkeley, California studio. Eric graduated with honors from Washington University after studying abroad at the University of Salamanca, Spain, and the University of Tübingen, Germany. He received his Master of Architecture from Yale and worked for Cesar Pelli and Associates. Eric joined William Turnbull Associates in 1985 and worked closely with William Turnbull until his death in 1997 when Eric and partner Mary Griffin founded Turnbull Griffin Haesloop. Eric has taught architectural design at Stanford and UC Berkeley. At UC Berkeley he was a Friedman Visiting Professor in 2008. He continues to be inspired by the California landscape and leads the studio in seeking and developing new design responses to the changing environment.
