This simple inexpensive weekend house was one of the first at The Sea Ranch. The magnificent site lies on the edge of an evergreen forest overlooking 15 miles of windswept coastline. The tiny house, creating a grand scale for a minimal budget, evolved as an open octagonal space contained by a simple pyramidal roof.
