The Sea Ranch Employee Housing complex creates a small village at the north end of The Sea Ranch. In designing the site plan for the units, we assumed a zero lot-line condition and designed the units so they appear as barns to their eastern neighbors. This maximizes the land available at the front of each unit for lawns, play space and vegetable gardens.
